Service Description

The Basic Electrical Engineering (BEE) course is a foundational module in engineering curricula, focusing on the fundamental principles and applications of electrical systems. It encompasses the study of electrical circuit analysis, including Ohm’s Law, Kirchhoff’s Laws, and network theorems such as Superposition, Thevenin, and Norton. The course delves into alternating current (AC) fundamentals, covering phasor representation, impedance, resonance, and power calculations, along with balanced three-phase systems. Students explore the operation and characteristics of electrical machines, including DC machines, transformers, and induction motors. Additionally, the course introduces semiconductor devices like diodes and operational amplifiers, emphasizing their applications in rectifiers and amplifiers. Through theoretical instruction and practical laboratory sessions, BEE equips students with the essential knowledge and skills to analyze and design basic electrical systems, forming a solid foundation for advanced studies in electrical and electronics engineering.
